We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription to STEM-S. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Wrongful Charges: If you are charged incorrectly for services that you did not purchase or subscribe to, or if there was a technical error causing an incorrect charge, you are eligible for a refund.

• Subscription Cancellation: You may request a refund within 7 days of subscribing to the paid features of the app, provided you have not used the premium content during this period.

  • Usage definition: Accessing premium features such as Qbanks, test series, or mock tests constitutes usage. If you access any content from the paid subscription, the refund request will be denied.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• After 7 days from the date of purchase, or after you have accessed any premium content.

• If the content purchased is non-refundable as specified at the time of purchase.

• If you are dissatisfied with the content but have already accessed it.

• If the issue arises from user error, such as an incorrect subscription or misunderstanding of features.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@stem-s.in within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Provide your order number, details of your request, and any supporting information (e.g., screenshots, payment receipts).

3. Your refund request will be reviewed, and we will notify you of the status within 7 business days.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

• The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the payment provider, but it typically takes 10-15 business days.

5. No Partial Refunds

• STEM-S does not offer partial refunds. If you request a refund, the entire subscription amount will be refunded if the conditions outlined above are met. Once content has been accessed or services have been used, no refund will be provided.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

• STEM-S reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Refunds will be governed by the policy in place at the time of the original purchase.
